Asket Polo Shirts: The Ultimate Wardrobe Essential

If you’ve been keeping up, you’ll know that Asket, the Swedish brand rooted in the philosophy of simplicity, has been making waves in the fashion world. Today, I’m back to talk about them again, and for good reason - Asket just dropped a new line of polo shirts alongside fresh color options for their already-popular t-shirts.

The new Asket polo shirts come in four classic colors: white, black, gray, and navy blue.

What sets Asket apart is the simplicity of their designs. But trust me, the real magic happens when you try one on. These shirts are lightweight, perfectly fitted, and incredibly flattering. It’s no wonder they’ve been key to Asket’s success.

Since discovering Asket, I’ve often wondered how they’d keep things fresh without resorting to flashy trends or gimmicks. With Asket, there’s no room for prints, logos, or patterns. Instead, they focus on the essentials: solid colors and high-quality materials, particularly Egyptian cotton - the best cotton available today.

Their latest offering, the polo shirt, is a testament to Asket’s dedication to timeless, high-quality clothing. Inspired by the first polo shirt introduced by tennis icon René Lacoste in 1926, Asket’s version maintains a classic design, sticking to their tradition of using only the finest materials. Crafted from 100% Egyptian cotton pique fabric, these polos are breathable and retain their shape perfectly. They’ve even swapped out the usual cheap plastic buttons for mother-of-pearl, the type typically reserved for tailored clothing. Each shirt is hand-made in a family-owned workshop in Braga, Portugal.

Now, with such premium materials, you’d expect a steep price - around 100 euros (about 2.5 million VND) elsewhere. But Asket slashes the price in half by eliminating unnecessary production costs. No logos, no flashy branding - just quality craftsmanship.

Alongside the polo shirts, Asket also introduced two new t-shirt colors: charcoal and dusty green. I’m particularly taken with the dusty green. It’s a muted, understated color that looks as if it’s been lightly dusted, giving it depth without being too loud or flashy. Pictures will do more justice than words, so check them out - you’ll see why I’m hooked!

One detail I missed in my previous write-up is Asket’s impressive size range. They offer up to 15 size options.

Their sizing still follows the typical XS to XL system but adds different lengths: short, regular, and long. This thoughtful addition caters to a wider range of body types. If you’re tall and slim, for instance, and find size L too baggy or size M too short, Asket’s size M-Long might be just what you need. It’s definitely something to keep in mind when shopping with them.

Good news for those in Vietnam - Asket offers shipping via UPS, with a 45-euro shipping fee per order, or free shipping on orders over 200 euros.
