    Accumulate the required points through services, purchases, referrals, and reviews. Once you reach the necessary points, you’ll be notified and can immediately enjoy the benefits of the higher tier.
  • What happens when I upgrade to a new membership tier?
    When you upgrade to a new membership tier, you will enjoy the benefits of your new tier for the remainder of the current calendar year and the entire following calendar year. For example, if you upgrade on May 1, 2024, your new tier status will be valid until December 31, 2025. During this period, you will need to requalify for your tier by earning the required points to maintain or further upgrade your membership status for the subsequent years. If you do not earn enough points by the end of the calendar year, you will be moved to the corresponding lower tier, except for lifetime status members who retain their tier indefinitely.

    ou can check your points balance and membership status by visiting our website and logging into your account. Besides you will receive an email after each visit with the most up to date point balance.

    Yes, points expire if no transactions occur within 12 months. Ensure you keep engaging with Barbaard to maintain your points and membership status.

    Earn points by using our services, and making purchases. You can also purchase points directly from our website for a discounted rate.
  • What happens if I don't requalify for my membership tier?
    If you don’t earn enough points to maintain your tier, you’ll be moved to the corresponding lower tier, unless you have lifetime status.
  • What is lifetime status and how do I achieve it?
    Lifetime status is awarded to members who maintain the same tier for five consecutive years, ensuring your privileges never expire.
  • How do I spend my Groom Style Network Credit?
    Spending your Groom Style Network Credit is straightforward and rewarding. For every expenditure you make in one of our three categories – "Groom" (Services), "Style" (Retail), and "Network" (Food & Beverage) – you earn a 5% credit that can be used in a different category. Specifically, Groom credits can be used for Style purchases, Style credits can be used for Network items, and Network credits can be used for Groom services. To redeem your credit, simply inform our staff at the time of purchase, and they will apply the appropriate credit to your transaction. Credits are automatically tracked in your membership account, making it easy to enjoy your rewards during your visits to any of our outlets. Please note that credits cannot be applied to taxes, governmental surcharges, or reimbursable items.
