If you do not earn enough points by the end of the calendar year, you will be moved to the corresponding lower tier, except for lifetime status members who retain their tier indefinitely.

Specifically, Groom credits can be used for Style purchases, Style credits can be used for Network items, and Network credits can be used for Groom services.
