Terms & Conditions

• First-Time Visitors: First-time visitors are considered guests. By providing your details, you will be added to our membership system and become a club member on your next visit.

• Referrals: If you are referred by an existing member, you can become a club member on your first visit and enjoy membership benefits immediately.

The Barbaard Privilege Program features five tiers:

• Club: Open to anyone visiting House of Barbaard, Ministry of Men, or our online store.

• Silver: Achieved with 12 million VND in annual spending.

• Gold: Achieved with 26 million VND in annual spending.

• Black: Achieved with 42 million VND in annual spending.

• Black Diamond: Available to Black members, purchasable for 30 million VND or 55 million VND for an instant upgrade.

• Points can be earned through services, purchases, referrals, reviews, and by purchasing points on our webshop at www.barbaard.com.

• Points are awarded for the net spending amount, excluding taxes, surcharges, and reimbursements.

Lifetime status is awarded to members who maintain the same tier for five consecutive years.

• Gold, Black, and Black Diamond members receive personalized membership cards.

• For lost or stolen cards, contact us at privilege@barbaard.com for a replacement.

Welcome to the Barbaard Privilege Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the program. By enrolling in the program, you agree to comply with these terms.

Any disputes arising from or related to the Privilege Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). The arbitration shall take place in Hanoi, Vietnam, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

• Upon tier upgrade, you will retain your new tier status for the remainder of the current calendar year and the entire following year.

• Example: If you are promoted on May 1, 2024, your tier status will be valid until December 31, 2025.

• You must requalify for your tier each calendar year by earning the required points. Failure to do so will result in moving to the corresponding lower tier, except for lifetime status members.

Barbaard reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email or our website. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

• A 5% credit is earned for expenditures in the "Groom" (Services), "Style" (Retail), and "Network" (Food & Beverage) categories.

• Groom credits can be used for Style purchases, Style credits can be used for Network items, and Network credits can be used for Groom services.

• Credits cannot be applied to taxes, governmental surcharges, or reimbursable items.

• Points are not awarded on taxes, governmental surcharges, or reimbursements.

• Points are non-transferable and have no minimum or maximum limits.

• Points earned from purchases will be rescinded if the purchase is returned.

• Redeemed points will be refunded to your account if the product is returned and a refund is granted.

Points will expire if no transactions occur within 12 months.

Membership will be terminated, and points forfeited, after 24 months of inactivity.

Your personal information collected during membership enrollment and participation in the program is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and using your information only for legitimate business purposes.

Barbaard is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your participation in the Privilege Program, including but not limited to the loss of points or membership benefits.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
